Primary Function Provide support to Trust and Estate Advisor in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of private clients · Provide client management support once trust/estate opportunity is originated · Work with client/client's professional advisors to obtain proper financials/ paperwork · Assist the Trust and Estate Advisors with preparation for client meetings · Complete PTAARS with Trust and Estate Advisors oversight · Participate on project teams as necessary · Attend to other ad hoc requests as neededQualifications · Ability to work both independently and as a team player · Excellent communication skills, both written and oral · Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively · Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment · Exceptional problem-solving skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet · Ability to learn proprietary software and databases · Knowledge of JPMorgan product offerings Position Requirements · College degree or equivalent financial services/banking industry experience required · Deep expertise of trust and estate practice in a support role JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
