Responsible for the replenishment of the sales floor, price changes, inventory adjustments and sales floor readiness as well as supervision of associates engaged in the same activities. Maintains knowledge of Sears’ merchandise and uses this knowledge to assist and sell to customer. Supervises a team of 5 -10 hourly associates and will fully participate in their selection, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
