<p>This person will be required to work indoors on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts as well as outdoors on a bucket truck to a height up to 41&#39;.</p>
<p>They must also be willing to travel out of town as required by the work.</p>
<p>Individual must be able to work independently and complete assignments in a responsible and timely manner.</p>
<p>Individual must also complete paperwork or computer input timely and accurately.</p>
<p>Individual is required to work within the SLS Six Point Safety Program and to maintain his/her truck and/or storage shed in a neat and organized fashion.</p>
<p>Basic qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.</p>
<p>Must be able to pass DOT certification and meet the SLS safety weight limit of 280 lbs. Previous experience in lighting/electrical/mechanical is preferred, but not required.</p>

<p>Associate BD Manager &#8211; Dove PW POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p> 1. Lead and excite internal cross-functional teams to deliver at least 3-4 globally-led and regionally-led innovation projects that support larger Dove Personal Wash strategy for NA. For regional projects, drive and manage every aspect of the innovation from project creation to launch including insight/concept development and testing, product/packaging development and testing, financial business case development, display development and retailer sell-in.</p>
<p>For global projects, serve as project leader with NA cross-functional team, responsible for shaping global project to meet NA consumer requirements and implementing within the region.</p>
<p>Internally sell-in all Dove PW projects through IPM gates.</p>
<p>2. Work with global Dove Brand Development Teams (Englewood Cliffs, NJ / London, UK) to ensure that both regional and global innovations are launched in an excellent, consistent manner (concept, product, package, communication works across categories and countries).</p>
<p>3. Must gain solid understanding of the NA consumer and competitive personal wash market in order to transform the share trajectory of this leadership brand.</p>
<p>Work with Market Research to develop and implement a NA consumer learning plan when required and on specific project related market research plans.</p>
<p>4. Partner with US and Canada Brand Building teams to understand business delivery/rationale and pro-actively work to deliver Brand Development assets to address issues/opportunities in the local markets.</p>
<p>Within the NA operating company, must look for and execute synergy opportunities across US &#038; Canada.</p>
<p>5. Play a key role with the Brand Development Manager in: &#8211; Supporting global brand key vision, architecture, innovation and communication &#8211; Achieving regional vision, mission and ambitions for Dove PW and Masterbrand &#8211; Defining the optimal innovation plan and CIP requirements CHALLENGES</p>
<p> 1. Motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver innovations on time in full.</p>
<p>2. Work in a complementary way with US/Canada Dove Brand Building teams, Global Brand Development teams, and Consumer Insights team.</p>
<p>3. Working with agencies/Brand Development Manager to develop inspiring briefs to deliver outstanding mixes and communication.</p>

<p>-Create and maintain a freight program that supports and addresses their challenges, opportunities, threats and considers their tolerance for transit times, costs, risks and market conditions.</p>
<p>- Provide excellent customer service, striving to be proactive in problem solving and providing innovative suggestions regarding the management of the customer&#x2019;s freight and other services that we are providing.</p>
<p>- Keep customer aware of current market climate and any happenings that may affect their business.</p>

<p>*Configure SAP SD and perform application testing to accommodate business requirements.</p>
<p>*Prepare training manuals for core users as well as SAP support team.</p>
<p>*Troubleshoot and resolve issues.</p>
<p>Requirements: *Minimum of 3-7 years of project implementation and maintenance of SAP SD design and configuration, revenue recognition, contract, inter-company, and legacy system integrations.</p>
<p>*Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.</p>
<p>*Excellent written and verbal communication*Ability to travel within the US, Canada, UK and other international offices.</p>
