Audit and Risk Review (ARR) is a global organization of 1,000 professionals covering Citigroup’s global businesses. Citigroup’s internal audit division provides independent assessments of the company’s risk and control environment. Our findings and recommendations influence business management processes worldwide and senior management decision making around the world.
Essential position responsibilities for a Program Director in Technology with Audit and Risk Review are as follows:
Managing all aspects of reviews in accordance with ARR standards and any government and regulatory statutes.
Developing effective senior line management relationships and a strong understanding of the businesses.
Participating in major business initiatives and pro-actively advises and assists the business on change initiatives.
Business monitoring, reporting findings, and recommending appropriate interventions where needed.
Actively participating in the development of the global audit plan.
Recruiting staff, developing talent and building an effective team.
This position is targeted a high performer who has the potential to move into roles of increasing responsibililites. Prefer background in distributed systems. Networking is an added plus. Ideally, this person should have experience handling multiple geographies. Will manage a staff of up to 10 professionals. Travel is approximately 20-25%.

Typically has over 10 years of specialized business experience.
BA/BS or equivalent.
Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred.
Experience with several of the following: Unix, Linux, Midrange, Windows NT and Windows 2000. In additional to technical skills, would prefer candidate with experience in consumer banking industry.
Strong project management, interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills.
Recognized leader in advancing the team concept, diversity and exhibits initiative and intuitive thinking.
Recognized expert and leverages this knowledge into a leadership role in one or more review teams.
Makes sound decisions and is consulted often by others for advice and opinions.
