Job Description Pelham Academy, a residential school and treatment program for 26 adolescent girls between the ages of 12-22 with mental health and behavioral challenges, is looking for a Masters level clinician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescent girls with emotional difficulties, be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, have good organizational/communication skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for a confident and reliable individual dedicated to working with and helping these young women.

Candidate must have clinical licensure or be license eligible.
Experience with DBT, trauma, and work in a residential setting is a plus.
Salary is competitive and dependant on degree and years of experience.
