HOME-BASED THERAPISTOhio-licensed Social Worker or Professional Counselor to provide full-time intensive home – based mental health services for at – risk youth and families in Wayne and Holmes Counties. Masters degree in a behavioral health field and a current Ohio mental health license (LSW, LPC, LISW or LPCC) required.Duties include individual and family counseling, as well as diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, linkage to other services and consultation with other community professionals.
