Assist with the preparation of customer files, as well as other general clerical duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact customers to set delivery and/or service appointments
Establish efficient delivery/service routes for Mobility Managers
Accountable for the schedules of Mobility Managers
Prepare customer paperwork for daily routes
Assist and support the Distribution Center in any function required
General clerical duties
Maintain professional behavior at all timesEducation and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years job related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office
